While Upload Films is always happy to hear comments about our projects and services, at this time we cannot accept unsolicited submissions of creative work. We do this in order to avoid future misunderstandings when projects we develop seem to others to resemble their own. Please do not send us stories, ideas, screenplays, or other original creative material. If, despite our request, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information (collectively, the "Submissions"), the Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Upload Films. Please understand that none of these Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Upload Films and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure if them. Without limitation of the foregoing, Upload Films shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.
